Where foreseen, the cost of shipping and transport will be clearly indicated and displayed prior to completing the order. These will be based on the total amount of the order and the postal code where the shipment will be made, according to our policy of shipping costs, included on this page.


Our products and prices presented are valid as long as they appear on the website, being subject to availability on inventory.

The client will be informed in case of stock breakage in our warehouses or at our supplier’s. In this case, the client will be offered the possibility of acquiring another item of equal or superior quality without any additional cost. In the event that the product or products is not available aftercompleting an order, the customer will be informed via email about the delivery of part of the goods or its cancellation. In case of cancellation, this will be made according to our Return Policy.


Payment of purchases may be made through the following methods:

  • Credit card (Redsys): payment by credit card.
  • Paypal
  • Other payment methods should be requested from El Armario de Lulú, S.L. and must be previously authorized.

The payment throughRedsys or Paypal platforms is done through a secure connection. All entries and payments verifications will be made and kept only in Redsys or Paypal systems, being out of the control of, and being responsibility of this platforms any incident that may arise with them, having to contact those entities if this situation occurs. Once the payment has been completed, by one of the methods provided, the order will be considered as firm and its processing initiated.


The shipping costs are borne by the purchaser, except as explicitly stated.

Shipping costs always are calculated for each order, according to the destination and the total amount including VAT. If the customer is not registered or has not logged in, shipping cost will appear as € 0 until the shipping address is included.

In case that shipment should be done in different phases, increasing the number of shipments, El Armario de Lulú, S.L. will contact the customer to propose which is the better way to deliver the items

Upon shipment, the customer will be informed about the company that manages it. Likewise, the customer will be able to track the shipment at any time using the shipment company website.


Methods and delivery points

The products will be sent to the shipping address indicated by the customer during the order placement orwill remain in our facilities for pick up if the customers prefers so.

The shipments are made to Spain, Portugal, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra. In order to optimize the delivery of goods purchased, the customer must indicate an address in which the order can be delivered within the normal working hours and a contact telephone so that the transport company can deliver the items properly.

If the customer is not the person receiving the order, the name of who is receiving the shipment needs to be indicated. The carrier will request the complete identity of the person who makes the receipt of goods (name, ID and signature).

Orders can also be withdrawn from our facilities, if the customer chooses this option, after receiving the notice that the items can be removed and within the established schedule.

At the time of confirming the order, customers can communicate any specificities of the delivery that theymight consider necessary.

Delivery time

The delivery time at the shipping address will depend on the items purchased. The customer will be informed at every moment about aforementioned period, in case of products in stock it is estimated a maximum of 72 hours, always excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In case the client does not accept the shipping deadlines, once the order is formalized, it can be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 working days.

If this delay is caused by force majeure, while the product is in the logistics phase, El Armario de Lulú, S.L. will inform the client about and the costs arising from that cancellation, if it occurs, will be borne by El Armario de Lulú, S.L.

Each delivery is considered terminated when the shipment company puts the product at the disposal of the customer or person authorized to receive it and it is considered materialized through the control system used by the transport company (identification with full name, ID and signature of the person who receives the order).

In case of a return due to the impossibility of delivering the order (wrong address of the recipient, deadline for collection, etc.) the customer will be notified by email or by phone, to understand if he is still interested, in which case the transport company will proceed to resend the parcel with the associated shipping costs.

Precautios to have in mind

It is up to the recipient to check the shipments upon arrival, declare the observations and submit all claims that the same deems appropriate. The recipient may even reject the parcel if the package seems to have been opened or if it shows clear signs of deterioration. Aforementioned observations or claims should be sent to the transport company and to El Armario de Lulú, S.L.

If the products delivered are unadjusted in nature or quality to the specifications indicated on the delivery note, the customer has 7 calendar days to make the corresponding claim and / or exercise their withdrawal right.



 El Armario de Lulú allows the customer to change the garment if the size ordered is the wrong one by a different size of the same garment without incurring in any additional size. The term for changes in the goods is a week to count from the reception of the same. If the size is out of stock, the customer can return the items and the amount will be refunded without any additional cost. If the size is out of stock, the customer has also de possibility to exchange the item to another one of the same cost or superior.


For garment with manufacturing problems, El Armario de Lulú will exchange it for the same garment in perfect conditions without any additional cost. If the garment is out of stock, El Armario de Lulú will collect the item and refund garment.The customer has 7 calendar days term to return the item.

El Armario de Lulú will allow returning good of items in perfect conditions within 15 calendar days after receiving the goods. Armario Lulú will proceed to refund the item in maximum 30 working days after receiving the good and ensuring are in the same perfect condition as when the customer received it


These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the Courts of the user's domicile.
